Question:

If we have spiritual guides why do they allow us to mess up our lives?

Answer

Spiritual guides are just that, guides. They are there to help guide you and advise you to take the best coarse of action. They work in conjunction with your own higher self. They cannot live your life for you, and they cannot interfere with your free will. However they will always try to help you and warn you. Usually you will receive messages intuitively. Sometimes you will receive signs. They are very creative in their attempt to get your attention, but ultimately it is up to you whether you listen to their promptings or not.

Question

If God loves us so much why does he let us get sick?

Answer

Not an easy question to answer in just a few sentences but in short, God does not let us get sick, we do. Why would we do something so crazy as that! First of all let’s not forget that we live in a world of cause and effect, therefore our bodies are vulnerable and constantly exposed. However very few of us take advantage of our greatest defence, divine love, flowing through us. Instead we allow limited thinking, negative and false beliefs to surround us. We indulge our senses constantly, subtly affecting our psyche and impregnating our physical cells in our bodies. Creating negative cell memories which later manifest as illness and disease.
There are of course many reasons why we allow ourselves to get sick, too many to try and cover in a few short sentences, but one thing is for sure, God never lets us get sick per se. He allows us freewill and free expression. Of course we don’t make such choices consciously. In time we will begin to understand the truth of who and what we really are, we will undo the damage of false beliefs and negative thinking. When we truly understand this truth, things will begin to change for the better.

Question

My father committed suicide. Will his soul be condemned to hell for committing this sin?

Answer

Certainly not. If you can find compassion and love in your own heart in trying to understand the torment and suffering that he went through before he took his life, imagine how much more compassion and love that God will have for him. A place of healing and care awaits him, where he can eventually face up to his mistake and eventually work towards making amends in the future. Unfortunately some suicide victims find themselves trapped in a hell of their own making. Should this be the case, there are spirit people known as rescue workers who will work hard to convince the victim to leave this self imposed hell behind and go into the light where they rightfully belong.

Surely suicide is a sin against God?

      Answer

Yes of course it is. But how many times has someone that you loved wronged you? Did you not also forgive them when you understood things from their perspective, and felt their remorse? All of us are committing sins against God everyday in our ignorance. But God forgives us always because he is divine love and divine wisdom. God’s perspective therefore, is very clear, he understands our ignorance. Our lives are a gift, our purpose to manifest God on earth. Until we awaken to that fact, we unintentionally deny God. To take our life before it is our time is to take away the opportunity to learn and move a step closer to our awakening to who we really are.

Are souls ever destroyed or eliminated if they have committed evil acts such as murder?

                 Answer

No a soul can never be destroyed because God cannot be destroyed. We are all individual aspects of God. A soul will be given as many opportunities as it takes and as long as it takes to learn the truth about who and what we all are, and therefore to redeem themselves.

Why is it that my deceased love one can talk to a medium but doesn’t talk to me?

Answer

Actually your loved one probably does try to talk to you regularly. Especially when they first go over to the spirit world. The reasons that you cannot hear them are because your mind tells you they have died and therefore you cannot see or hear them anymore (a false belief) So you block out any intuitive or telepathic messages that you may receive and suggest that it is only your imagination, wishful thinking and such like. It is also worth remembering that as someone recently bereaved you are operating on a lower vibration than usual caused by your grief. And your loved one is now operating on a higher vibration. So now it is a bit like trying to listen to a radio that isn’t tuned in properly. A medium is not only more naturally able to tune in because they have cultivated their gift, but they are neither grieving nor emotionally involved with your loved one. Therefore their approach is more objective. They do not block what they receive with thoughts like is this wishful thinking etc. Even mediums have off days, when they are tired or have their own troubles lowering their vibrations. Some have developed their talent more than others. Of course some mediums will resonate better with your loved one than another medium. After all we all get on more naturally with some people better than with others.

Why do some spirits stay earthbound, whilst others do not seem to?

Answer

There are many reasons why spirits stay earthbound. The most common reason is purely because they are concerned for the loved one’s they have left behind on earth. They like to make sure that they will be all right. Some on the other hand, can’t get used to the idea of someone else taking over their role, say at work in the office, they may hang around for a while trying to influence the person who has taken over from them. Another reason maybe anger toward someone that they had unresolved issues with. Whilst others are happy just to stay living in a home or favourite place that they frequented, because they loved it so much. It can also take quite a while for some spirit people to realise that they have died. With no concept of time in the spirit world they would not realise how much time had gone by. But the saddest reason for a spirit remaining earthbound is because of the excessive grieving of a loved one on earth. Nobody wants to loose a loved one and of course grieving for our loss is only natural, but when it becomes prolonged and obsessive, we not only cause our selves health problems, but also actually cause our deceased loved one great anxiety. This in turn causes them to feel guilty and they suffer great despair at your prolonged suffering. Consequently they feel compelled to remain earthbound, unable to rest until and unless they can see that you are going to be all right.
Spirit people should not be confused with Ghosts. Ghosts are a different thing entirely. Very often they are peoples past memories imprinted on the ether.
