My name is Heather Lealan. I am the author of the book Many Facets of Love.
I work as an Aromatherapist and Reflexologist and I am I TEC qualified. I am also a Spiritual Healer and Rescue Worker, as well as a member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.

I also give Tarot readings - which are often backed with spiritual advice. This service is currently only available to those able to visit me in Essex. Please contact me if you would like to find out more about this service.

I have been asking age-old questions such as: "Where did we come from?" "Why are we here?" "Who is God?" "Is there any truth in reincarnation?" and so many other similar questions, since I was a very little girl.
As a child, I must have driven my Mum crazy, asking her impossible-to-answer questions - or at least, impossible to answer when you are up to your eyes in household chores. After all why did it matter why the sky was so far away and never seemed to get any closer, even if you went to the top of the flats! And who could tell me where in the 'sky heaven' was! Yet these types of questions still persisted in haunting my thoughts.

I consider myself very fortunate that my Mum allowed me to go to Sunday School each week as a little girl. I loved to listen to the bible stories that the teacher would tell. I particulary enjoyed collecting the beautiful bookmarks with coloured silk tassels that were given out at the end of lessons and the singing from the children’s hymn book. I had a wonderful time.

I didn’t realise it at the time, but this was to be my introduction and beginning of a very special relationship with who I consider to be a great friend and mentor, Jesus. At around this time, aged about 10 years old, my psychic awareness began to show up. Nothing serious happened, the odd ghost would appear to me, the odd prophetic dream or two, that sort of thing. As my abilities grew over the years, this has earned me the affectionate family nickname of 'ET'!

As a teenager, I was encouraged to join the Mormon faith. I did so, reluctantly, because I didn’t want to upset my family, who were very enthusiastic about it. Not that the church was a bad thing, indeed, I have only the greatest respect for this Church as well as very fond memories. Yet, in my heart, I knew that it wasn’t really for me. By the time I did my training for Aromatherapy and Reflexology, I had developed quite a natural rapport with God and Prayer. As my training came to a close, healing energy started coming through me, which led me to seek out help. This is when I met Pam my very dear friend and Spiritual Teacher.
With Pam’s help, my spiritual journey began in earnest. It was Pam who helped me to channel the healing energy properly and took me on as a probationer. I had to go through this before I could become a full member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers.
I worked with Pam for about 4 years, exploring the psychic talents which I had been blessed with, but which had, up until that point, remained in their raw state. She taught me much in that time, giving her time generously. I owe her so much. Sadly, just after my training with her came to an end, she died very suddenly. I had lost a good friend and teacher. I realised at that point that I was alone, I could no longer look to Pam for guidance and she had done her job. From now on, I would have to learn to trust my own intuition - not that I didn’t already. As a teacher, Pam was the best. She would never just give me an answer without encouraging me very strongly to look within myself for the answer first. It is only then, that she would give me the benefit of her own wisdom. I had to work very hard for it sometimes. But this was indeed the best training I could ever have had. Nobody should ever become dependant on a Spiritual Teacher, as your greatest teacher is really your own Higher Self.

Since that time, I have been running my own business and I have been very privileged to help many people. I found that, apart from the physical side to healing, many people brought to me in confidence their many problems and sought answers to the many spiritually-orientated questions and concerns that they had. Over the years, my healing work has expanded to include such things as Spiritual Cleansing of houses and Rescue Work, (what others might call 'ghost-busting'), Distant Healing, Remote Viewing and Tarot Readings. My work is really varied and fascinating, a pleasure and a great privilege.

Since my training began, I have learned so very much and developed an even closer relationship with God, and therefore a greater understanding of who and what we are and why we are here.

It seemed to me that real healing was more about each person’s own empowerment. The more I learned the more I thought others could benefit by having the knowledge and wisdom that I had been privileged to gain. And so it was, that I came to write Many Facets of Love, in the hope that this book would give insight and help to those in search of answers to the many spiritual questions that we all have at one time or another. It is a book which, I hope, will be very informative and therefore a good starting point for anyone who may be beginning on their own spiritual journey back to God.
